Custom Fabrication — When Nobody Makes the Part

Some cars don't have a catalog. Engine swaps, classics, exotics, widebody builds, trucks with nothing left in the stock location. That's the work we've been doing since 2004.

Built on the car, not from a drawing

The car goes on the lift and the system gets built around it. Every bend is made to clear what's actually there — your subframe, your driveshaft, your ride height, your bumper cut.

Mandrel bends so the pipe keeps its full diameter through the corner. TIG welds because they're cleaner and stronger, and because on a build like this somebody's going to look underneath.

This is the part that can't be shipped in a box.

What comes through the door

Engine swaps that need a whole system from the header back. Classics where the original parts stopped being made decades ago. Exotics where the factory system costs more than the car it's going in.

Widebody and stanced builds where nothing clears anymore. Trucks running stacks. Race cars with rules to meet. One-off tips machined to sit exactly where you want them in the bumper.

Bring us a picture of what you're imagining. We've probably built something close.

Stainless, titanium, and what to pick

304 stainless for almost everything. It survives South Florida, it welds beautifully, it lasts.

Titanium when weight matters or when you want the tone and the heat coloring. It's harder to work and takes longer, so it's a real decision, not an upsell.

Common questions

Can you build an exhaust for a car with no aftermarket support?

That is most of what we do. Swaps, classics, one-offs, race builds. If the part does not exist we make it on the car.

Do you TIG weld?

Yes. TIG for stainless and titanium work. It is cleaner and stronger, and on a custom build the welds are part of what you are paying for.

How long does a full custom system take?

It depends on the car and how much has to be made from scratch. A straightforward build can be a day. A full one-off on an unusual car takes longer. We give you a real timeline up front.

Can I bring my own parts?

Yes. Bring the mufflers, tips or pipe you want used. If something will not fit or work the way you are hoping, we tell you before we start.
