Titanium is the top of what we build. Roughly half the weight of stainless, a harder and more metallic tone, and tips that color themselves blue and gold with heat.

Weight first. A titanium system can come in around half of what the stainless version weighs, and it's coming off the very back of the car where you feel it in the way the car rotates.
Sound second. Titanium is stiffer and thinner than stainless, so it rings differently. Sharper. More edge on the top end. On a high-revving engine it's unmistakable.
Then the color. Heat cycles the tips into blues, purples and bronze, and it keeps developing as you drive it. No two end up the same.
The material is expensive, and it's harder to work. Titanium has to be welded with the weld area shielded from air on both sides or it goes brittle and contaminated.
That means more setup, more time, and a welder who's done it before. It's slower work by nature.
We're not going to pretend it's the practical choice. It's the one you make because you want it.
It shines on light, high-revving cars where the weight and the tone both show up. On a heavy diesel truck the money is better spent elsewhere.

It depends what you want from it. You get real weight savings, a sharper tone and tips that color with heat. You do not get a huge power difference over a well-built stainless system. On a light, high-revving car it is a noticeable change. On a heavy truck the money goes further elsewhere.
Heat cycling forms a thin oxide layer on the surface, and that layer refracts light into blues, purples and bronze. It keeps developing as you drive the car, which is why no two sets look identical.
Very well. Titanium is highly corrosion resistant, better than stainless in that respect. It is one of the few real practical arguments for it here.
